The "Standby" button on the Turn Off Computer window is greyed out and I
cannot find out how to enable it. Help & Support says there should be
something on the Screensaver/Power/Advance screen but there is nothing to
turn on this function.
Can anybody assist?

Visit the support website of the manufacturer of your computer or video =
card.
Search for the latest Windows XP compatible video adapter drivers.
Download and install them in accordance with the installation =
instructions.
After installing the correct drivers, you should have the Standby =
button.

You will need to activate the power save feature of your motherboard first.
This is done in the BIOS.
