GPO's, USB, SP2, Thumb Drives

Is there a feature in SP2 for Windows XP that allows us to lock out USB
Thumb Drives via Group Policy with either a Windows 2003 or Windows 2000
GPO?

Sorry, I don't know of a specific way to do it with a group policy.
