If your computer is functioning normally it's probably
best to leave this setting as-is.

That said, what issues are you having ? Computer running
slow ? Something else ?

It probably has nothing to do with it, but if I've been surfing a lot my
desktop Favicons will revert to the generic I.E. logo and I have to use
TweakUI to restore them.
