I have sporadic bootup crashes that show the irql_not_less_or_equal message
that I have definately traced to either the canon 5000f scanner driver or
the canoscan software driver through a process of elmination.The system is
an uptodate xpsp1 with a winnt file system. My question is why does the
system react to the driver and crash at bootup only once every several
boots, instead of always?Anyone have any suggestions as to how to resolve
this conflict? Thanks.
