I have an already formatted NTFS harddrive that I have
setup as a 2nd harddrive in WindowsXP. It has information
I want to retrieve off of it. WindowsXP sees the drive
and shows the 2 partitions on it but I cannot access
them. Is there a way I can get to the drive without
losing the information?

If its a permissions issue, See Help and Support and search for "take
ownership"

HOW TO: Take Ownership of a File or Folder in Windows XP

If the partitions are seen, but not assigned drive letters, right click My
Computer, Manage, Disk Management. Here you can assign drive letters to the
partitions.
