On shut down an pop-up window appears "End Program
Debuglog.log"
This has a time bar which when finished gives me the
choice of End Now or cancel to return to windows.

How do I find out what is causing this?
I have looked in the Task Manager (control alt delete)
processes but do not really understand what I am looking
at.

My system which is only a few weeks old, is running XP
Pro, and I have a Ratheon 9800 graphics card, an Audigy 2
sound card, a Viewsonic 191s screen.
I am also using Pinnacle studio 9 video editing software.

The problem is probably originated from SB Audigy. It is a RcMAN.exe (the remote funtion) that runs in the backgraoud that causes the problem. The solution is simple, UNinstall it. Reinstalling it will recreate the same problem. So it is up to you whether
you want to try again.

If you do NOT have a SB, try this:
Use task manager,
End any one task (at a time) and then shut down.
If you have still have the pop-up, try another program (task)
until you can shut down w/o the message.
Uninstall or do what you will with that .exe
