I have been frustrated with this problem for some time now. When windows XP
first starts up I have to wait several minutes before I can get the dial up
window to come up so I can log on. How do I get it to pop up imediatley?
Also it will pop all by itself several minutes after I start windows. How
do I get the dial up window to come up only when I want it to and not have
to wait several minutes after I click on the Outlook Express icon?
