Can someone please help me with this anoyung message at boot up on
windows XP a pop up window shows up saying I am missing
System32/cmd32.exe file
I want to get rid of this, however I have deleted the virus with my
Norton antivirus that said it was a VIRUS, and that's why at start up
it gives me the message that it can't find it.
Help me please, I will take you on a plane ride :)

Note: You'll have to disable your antivirus program before running the =
repair.

If Norton has already removed the worm, you're now left with a
reference to it that you also need to remove. Read
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.kwbot.c.worm.html
and pay particular attention to step 4 in the section headed
"removal instructions," near the bottom.

When do we take off?

Ken,

The link Nicholas provided is an automated clean up tool that I created. It
removes everything that Symantec's page calls for, and from another vendor's
page as well, since their information differed from Symantec's.
