Need Assistance with WD 160 GB Hard Drive / need 64 bit version installed

Hi, I have just installed a WD1600JBRTL HD & my XP Pro
will not run it, something about 137 GB or greater
software needed. MS SP1 was to include it in the SP1, but
all I have in SP1 is Version 5.1.2600.1106 & I need to
have 5.1.2600.1152!!!!! How do I get this or enable this,
I have read & tried everything I know & have read on WD &
MS Sites & still no resolve.
My system has an Asus P4S533-E MB, and 1.7Ghz Intel P4
CPU, with 1.5GB DDR333 Ram on board, I also Have another
HD on this system as my Primary drive so as I can Format
the new one & still have an OS to work with on this one.
If you have an answer, please let me know as I am at a
loss at this time.
