install MSN6, or upgrade to MSN8 or MSN9

I was told to either install MSN6, or upgrade to MSN8 or
MSN9 in order to get a copy of MAPIMAIL.DLL. My question
is, where do I find MSN6 (or MSN8 or MSN9)? Is there any
reason that I would prefer one version over another?

Jerry,
Thanks for the reply. I am confused as to MSN6, 8 or 9.
It appears to be a paid network service to which one
needs to subscribe. Is this so? I am currently using
Comcast High Speed Service and Mail; don't care to add
another bill to those I have.

The problem for me began when I tried to respond to a job
listing (press the APPLY NOW button) and got the message
to the effect that MAPIMAIL.DLL does not exist.

Hardware and network config stuff is not my strong suit.
Is there a place where I can get more info, see an
overview of what and how things work?
