I have a BlueTooth wireless mouse that I use on a regular
basis, but I have to change the batteries every two
weeks. Is this normal? Other's with the same mouse can
go months without changing their batteries. The
properties on my computer say the batteries are full, but
I still get a message saying my batteries are low and
need to be replaced. What is going on and how can I fix
this?

Perfectly normal. How long the batteries last will depend entirely on how
often the mouse is used, in my case I'm using my Bluetooth desktop
frequently every day and replacing the mouse batteries every 2 weeks but I
still have the same batteries in the keyboard that I had to begin with some
2 months ago. Personally I think "going months without changing their
batteries" may be a slight exaggeration.

As for the issue with incorrect battery level showing - I have had occasions
when this has happened but generally simply removing and re-inserting the
batteries will correct this. You should always pay attention to the
warnings although you don't need to change batteries until the level reaches
"critical".

Hope that helps
