content advisor

Hello, I have just connected to the internet today. The
content advisor that blocks access to selected websites
is not working. I have gone into the supervisor settings
of this and named words that are never to be accessed e.g
sex,vfiolence. However it is not blocking any of these
sites and I do not have a clue how to fix this. Can
anyone help?
