networking

can some one please help

have allready networked a laptop to my pc for the internet
but cannot do the same for my printer keep getting the
following error messages when I try and install a printer
windows cannot conect to the printer either the printer
name was typed incorecctly or the specified printer has
lost its connection to the server
and

printer properties cannot be displayed the print spooler
service is not running

Hello
To hook up Printer sharing just install the printer on the host computer go
to Printer and Faxes right click your printer, then go to Sharing, then set
it to Share then name it, click OK.

Go to the other computer open Printer & Faxes on the left of the page click
add a printer then follow the instructions.

Choose connect to this computer. (type) \\your host puter name\printer name
