Trouble installing Serivce Pack 1

During installation, I get the following error message:
Service Pack 1 Setup could not back up registry key
HKCR\CEnroll2 to C:\ Windows..... A required privelege is
not held by the client. What does this mean? What should I
do?

Are you logged in as an administrator? You can check under:
Start-Control Panel-Users and see if you have admin rights or partial
rights.
