Stop Error on Shutdown

Hi,

I've recently started to get a Stop error on shut-
down..Stop 0x0000008E (0xc0000005, 0x8060AB13,
0xF88D5AA0, 0x00000000)

The Critical analysis points to a device driver but I
can't seem to narrow it down.

I've tried all the recommended stuff ...any suggestions?

I've been having the same problem, but only for one user. The other
users on the computer can shut down just fine. I tried narrowing down
the differences between the one user and the rest, but I can't seem to
find exactly what the problem is. I've disabled everything different
in the startup configuration via msconfig, and I've compared running
processes and shut down everything that is different, but haven't had
any luck. The only difference between my error message and Pierre's
is that mine has a 0xF8615AA0 where he has a 0xF88D5AA0.
