windows looping

I recently installed a new case. Now computer loops
evrytime it starts. I tried the repair option, did not
help. Please advise. Thanks

What happens when you boot into safe mode ??? To boot into safe mode, just
before the windows xp boot logo appears, press F8 and select safe mode -
or - if you multiboot, press F8 at the os system select menu.

Can you describe what happens just before the computer restarts a loop ???
Does the screen go blue ??? Do you see the welcome screen starting to load ?
etc.
