scanner

HP 3570c, was working perfectly untill we moved our whole
pc unit to another location. Upon connecting it back up,
The drivers are no where to be found. I've gone to device
manager, and scanner is not in there. We do have a
digital camera and printer that work fine. I've contacted
HP, but i didnt feel i should have to pay for service on a
6 month old scanner. I tried to reinstall the drivers
from my driveres and utilites cd, but still, no scanner
driver. Any help? USb ports work fine,\

You tried disconnecting the scanner for 5-10 seconds, then reconnecting -
while the PC is powered up?
