My PC works great for 15 to 20 minutes and then powers
off. Is this an indication that the CPU fan is failing?
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello

Try replacing both your Power Supply and your fan that you
have installed on your processor

Before trying anything expensive, you may wish to clean the case.
Make sure the filter (if any) on the intake side is clean, blow
the cobwebs & dust out of all fans and heatsinks. And, make sure
the fans are turning.
