windows updates

all my windows up dates go into my add or remove progams
area..so now there a lot of them there.. do they just
stay there and keep building up or do you do something
with me?

They will stay there till WinXP SP2 (yet to come) is installed. SP2 will
remove those entries since it would already include those updates/hotfixes.
