Startup

[Radiation]

When I start up the computer, everything loads and then there is a period of
30sec.-1minute that it just hangs? I have disabled several unneeded
services and the isn't anything that I have installed running in the
background.
I'm using XP home on an
Pentium 4 3.06GHz 533fsb
512m of DDR Ram
80Gig ATA/133 hard disk

Any Help would be appreciated
