cd rom and burner disappeared

I had roxio 4.5(when i had win 98') then upgraded to roxio 5 plat. When I
did, my cd-rom and cd-burner were not anywhere to be found.........not in my
computer, or device manager.........gone. Any info. will be helpful.

Save the file below to your hard drive. Navigate to where you saved it and
