I have recently upgraded all of the workstations in the
office to XP Pro. The scanner is an HP Scanjet. I have
downloaded the most recent drivers and software from HP.
After installation I get the error message that the
computer cannot find or connect to the scanner. I have
deleted and reinstalled the USB Ports from the device
manager several times, but I still cannot get the scanner
installed. Any suggestions?
