printing problem

My epsom 400 stylus seems properly connected to the
computer but will not print anything including the test
print. I don't know enough about the computer to follow
all the instructions on the trouble shooter and I am
stuck. Help?

Lako, did it work before but now it doesnt? Did you add or change
anything lately?
