I used to have Windows 98 along with Incredimail.
Everything was fine and I was a happy camper. Now I have
Windows XP and I can no longer use Incredimail because I
can't send any mail with that. On top of that, I use
Outlook Express for my email now, and I can't mail
anything with stationery or pictures on it. I should say,
I usually can't. Sometimes some of the things will go and
sometimes some of the things won't. Can anyone out there
help me? Please! Please! Please!

1) There is a version of Incredimail that works with XP.

2) After installing a new operating system, it is often necessary to
recreate the program's connection that contacts the email server.

3) If you can send mail some of the time, then your email program is
okay. It's likely the problem lies elsewhere. For example, ISPs have
limits on how large a single email can be (incoming and outgoing). Check
limits on both ends - yours and your intended recipient's.

Thank you, Sharon. I have the same ISP (and so do the
people I send to) that I had before. Nothing has changed
except I now have Windows XP. I did check with my ISP
about the size of my messages I send, and they were not
too big. No one seems to know what the problem is. Oh
well! Thanks for the input. I appreciate it. Have a good
day!
