Is anyone familiar with this error?

C:\DOCUME~1\jlaguda.PSF\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER2C.tmp.di r00\syslogd.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\jlaguda.PSF\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER2C.tmp.di r00\appcompat.txt
szAppName : syslogd.exe szAppVer : 0.0.0.0 szModName : jvm.dll
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 0003e867

I tried to follow Microsoft's suggestion of visiting Sun's website for
fixes. I applied the update, but the error still exists on boot up. What
exactly does the syslogd.exe file do and should I be concerned. I am
running XP Professional and am current with all MS Office and XP updates.

Thanks,

Joey

"Syslogd.exe" appears to be a part of a firewall program:
http://www.kiwisyslog.com/faq/syslog/syslog_version.htm

It would appear that whatever the updates (Sun and MS) have changed
isn't agreeing with the firewall. May need to reconfigure or reinstall
the program. May want to contact technical support for the firewall to
see what suggestions they have.
