Auto Start programs when disk is inserted

For some reason, when I insert any disk it wont
automatically start. Is this normal? I have the manualy
start the program.

This feature is only avaliable for cd-rom drives and autorun must be turned
on.
Some disks are also not autorun compatible and will not be able to start up
automatically.
