I recently had the same problem, Xp would endlessly
loop in the same fashion, When I did get it to start all
the way up , it would give me many different stop errors,
I have tried everything , even rearranged my internal
hardware configuration, wipeing my bios, writing the
whole hard drive with zeros including the boot sector. My
computer was fine , then one day it restarted while i was
paly a game , and ever since it hasn't been the same.
Norton with the newsest definitions even says the computer
is clean, and after a lot of looping, somtimes it will
corrupt the nfts.sys file and you have to reinstall
everything, I even went as far as to only use the bare
minimal that is required to run a computer( as far as
componets go) and it still seems to happen. I 'll get back
to you when I get a chance After I figure out this mess.
