Windows XP Service Pack 1 Q811493 patch

Microsoft issued a patch to fix problems, Q811493, that
they later withdrew. I had already installed it and when
I attempt to uninstall it, the warning comes on that if I
remove it I will also remove Internet Explorer Q818529,
Outlook Express updater Q330994, Windows XP Hotfix and
other programs I have downloaded. I installed the
revised patch that was recommended but the warning still
comes on when I attempt to uninstall the first one. I am
not a very experienced computer operator and need some
assistance with this. Thank you. Jean Puent

Do not attempt to remove 811493. The new version simply replaces the old
version.
