I need help figuring how to change a window size.

While in a directory or folder, with intentions of
sending a file to an E-mail ricipient in my Outlook
Address book, I right click the file name and select send
to mail recipent... That opens a smaller window on the
upper left hand side... That window is the problem...

It is smaller when opening... and it can be resized...
but the resize won't stick... (It also won't let me
minimize the window in the hopes of having that set the
new size to something useable.....

And, next time I pick a file to send, it is the same
smaller window.... and worse that that... once I have
sent the message and return to Inbox... Opening a new
message now happens within the smaller window.... XP Pro
has changed my default E-mail window size... Same
happened on 98, ME, W2K.... I can't figure how to change
this...

Does anyone know the magic to make this happen...?

Go down to the bottom right hand corner (usually the easiest one to work
with) of the small sized window until the cursor changes to a double-ended
arrow. Now pull the windows out until it is the size you want it to be.

It 'should' stay that size next time you open it.
