moving files

I accidentally moved a file using click & drag in Windows
XP. Now it won't allow me to access that file. How can
I undo that action and make that file available to me
once again? It's an entire folder and I need it daily,
so it's urgent that I find some way to get into it and re-
open it. When I try to open, I receive "access denied"
notice. HELP PLEASE

You dropped it in a protected folder.

In WinXPhome, get into Safe Mode to retrive the file.
