no its not possible, and if you can figure out how to get
your xp to completely load... let me know. I have yet to
see windows upgrade xp load onto any computer.

Sorry, but that reply is completely wrong. As I said in another
message in this thread, "The requirement is to *own* a previous
qualifying version, not to have it installed."
This is true, not just of Windows XP Upgrades, but of upgrades of
all versions of Windows as far back as I can remember.
