Disable Windows key with XP

Trying to disable my windows key for windows XP.
Any help would be great!

agree....why anyone wants to disable any key is curious.
i miss the 10 unix sun left-bank keys with open-close-
etc.

They probably have a game that uses the ctrl or alt key as a control
in it and they keep hitting the Windows key by accident and pop open
the start menu during their game.

(At least that is the only reason I can figure why they would want to
disable it.)
