Hello everybody,
I tried to log onto FFXI today and had problems with my
graphics card. Long story short, I had to go back to an
earlier last know good configuration and have reinstalled
my graphics drivers and most everything works. The only
problem I have now is when I logon to PlayOnline, the
text is just green lines (know this isn't an FFXI forum,
just explaining the problem).
I ran the DirectX Diagnostic tool and ran all the test,
here is what I got for the display test section

DDraw Test Result: All tests were successful.
D3D7 Test Result: Failure at step 32 (User verification
of Direct3D rendering): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)
D3D8 Test Result: All tests were successful.
D3D9 Test Result: All tests were successful.

It says I failed the Direct3D 7 interface section, but I
haven't found anywhere I can fix. I know my video card
works with the game so I know the card isn't the problem.
