I own a Compaq Presario 701z. Have XP Home edition.
It constantly hangs. Completely locks up.
Nothing else is loaded on the PC other than Adobe.
Searched the Compaq site/newsgroups. Found a reference
to Hotfix Q317277. Many reported removing this 'fix'
eliminated their problem. Unfortunately that was a while
ago and I cannot see it as available to remove - seems to
be wrapped up in SP1 or 2.....
Any ideas?
