Enabling AMD Power Now!

Hi,

I have a laptop with a mobile athlon xp processor. I did
a clean install of windows but now the cpu just runs at
full speed all the time! Does any body know how I can get
the correct drivers to enable Power Now? They are meant
to be on the Windows Update site but i can't find them!
Any links would be helpful.
