More info is needed. Does this happen with all screensavers or just one? If
just one, what is the name of it?

Hit Start\search type in *.scr Scroll to more advanced search options and
select search system folders. Perform the search. All your screensavers
should be listed. If you right click on any of the screensavers you will see
several options: Test, Configure, Install, ect. Try testing them and
reinstalling them from there.

No that should not be a problem. All of my windows screensavers are in
C:\Windows\System32, some of the other ones are in C:\Windows. Have you
tried the "Test function from the right click menu? If they work from the
directory call, move them to one of the above addresses and they should work
from the screensaver tab in Display Properties.

Are you saying that when you open the Display Properties that the Screen
Saver 'tab' will not open? If so, go to the following URL and scroll down to
Line 128, right side. Click the "Restore Desktop and Scree Saver Tabs" to
download the file. Double click the file to merge into the registry.
