How can I specify that the my documents folder is stored on D: not C: for
all users? I know you can do it individually. How does one do it for all
users?

For all users in a system, stand-alone environment, create a REG file or =
a VBS preferrably of the User Shell Folders path and place it in the =
startup

Or, load the Hive of that user and change the shell folders path:

if you want that for every new user accounts you create, modify the =
