modems

i have an AcerModem 56 Surf AMU-AU00 that i use to
connect to the net and i am looking for drivers so i can
install it onto another computer(running xp). i know the
drivers exist because i am using them right now to
connect, but cannot find them to put on my other
computer. i have found some, but they do not work (mainly
from driverguide.com) any ideas would be greatly
appreciated

Try www.devicedrivers.com or do a search on google.com
last resort replace or just buy a modem for that 2nd pc
