I have the Microsoft Natural Multimedia Keyboard and Windows XP Home
Edition.
I'd like to force the F Lock (Function Lock) key state to ON at startup.
Does anyone know how I might do this?

You can try http://www.mvps.org/jtsang/flock.html There are some reg entries
you can merge there so you don't have to muck through the registry yourself.
I have not tried it so I cannot guarantee it.
