Computer restarts while connecting with a modem

I have xp home on a toshiba laptop. While I try to
connect to the internet with my dialup account the
computer restarts. I get driver_irql_not_less_or_equal
blue screen and I dont have any other devices in my
computer besides an onboard nic and modem. I know its a
driver issue but what driver? Please someone help me!

If you have a Nvidia Graphics chip try a different graphics driver.
www.guru3d.com If not, update all your drivers
anyway.
