Java virtual machine

I noticed when I visit web sites that use Java it tells
me that I need to download Java but when I try it tells
me that I need a newer version of Microsoft Virtual
machine.
When I go to updates there are no updates for Microsoft
Virtual machine, what gives.
any help??

Download & install MS Virtual Machine Build 3809.
Then visit the Windows Update website to obtain the
security update (Build 3810).
