Recycle Bin - Windows XP Professional

Right click the recycle bin and then click properties. Now
click the global tab and put a dot in the "use same
setting for all drives" and then set the bin to about 10-
20% of your drive size. be sure the "do not move-----" is
unchecked. That should do it. Good luck.

Recycle bin properties are set to exactly that allready !!!!

The problem is now cleared, reboot sorted it out.
