Windows Picture and fax viewer

I cannot find Windows Picture and fax viewer this my backup computer I'm just using this one while my other one is in the shop for repairs. Now when I go into my pictures folder I cannot find Window Picture and fax view can anyone help me with this. Thank you very much.

Double click a jpg file (picture). If Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is
your default viewer, it will open. You cannot open it by it's self.

If you really want to know where it is, it's shimgvw.dll.
