It there a way that to see if my computer has usb 1.1 or usb 2.0 because I,m just useing this computer while mine is in the shop. on this computer my scanner does not work right. Thank you very much.

Navigate to Device Manager (Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager)
Open Universal Serial Bus Controllers. If you see the word Enhanced on any
of
the USB Universal Host Controllers, you haver USB 2 on that controller.
