when my other computer wants to start up-- lets say
after scandisk comes in, it gives me the following error:
STOP: c0000218 {Registry File Failure}
The registry cannot load the hive (file):
\SystemRoot\System32\Config\Software
or its log or alternate.
It is corrupt, absent, or not writable.
Beginning dump of physical memory.
Physical memory dump complete.
Contact your system administrator or tech support group
for further assistance.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I tried
formatting drive C: but it just says Bad command name and
so I put in it's Windows OS disc to format the drive C:
but it only formats a partition that it thinks is drive
C:... I can not boot up or go into safe mode or
format... Please Help... email is
