Whenever I start Windows, several programs hang. For
example, IE won't load a webpage, Adobe won't open,
folders won't open Norton AV shows as being disabled and
I'm unable to update it. After the machine has been on for
30-60 minutes, things work fine and my AV shows as active
However, some programs like AIM and ZoneAlarm come up
fine. On occasion, it temporarily hangs on the Windows
Startup screen, but will continue loading in the
background (people see me on AIM). I've tried running
several AV scans as well as bot removal. This has started
recently after I had to reinstall Windows. Any tips or
suggestions would be appreciated.
