I lost my Windows XP Professional and I don't want to buy
a new one.
Is there a way that I can get a replacement cd somehow?

To replace a CD or Product Key, you must contact PSS. To locate the
appropriate phone number for your product, visit the following Microsoft Web
site:

If this is a retail version:

How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;326246

If OEM you will need to contact the supplier you bought it from.
