bad pool caller

[sai rao]

whenever I click my AOL icon, it comes up with a blue
screen with an error message " bad pool caller".and we
need to restart the system to load to desktop again.I
tried system restore and repair reinstallation.no go.

suggest you give aol a call. as a paying customer, you should be able
to expect them to help you with this problem with their software.
