My XP power options no longer work. My monitor will not
shut off no matter how many minutes I set. The knowledge
base had nothing about this problem. Please help!! Thanks
I tried deleting my current power scheme and setting up a
new one- no luck. What can interfere with the power
options??

Hello Dmull,
Video Driver can affect this.
Some screen savers can cause this
Applications or other drivers can prevent power options from working.
Something is running that is making it seem like the system is active
rather nothing happening.

Thanks,
