Restoring Common DLL files previous deleted

While running Spybot I find there were some common DLL
files missing, probably deleted when Uninstalling a Game
Program not needed anymore. I wish to reinstall these
common DLL files and am unsure where to find them and how
to get them back where they belong. Any help would be
appreciated.

Yes, you can, especially if it was recently. You can get software that scans
your hard drive listing all the deleted files and gives you the option to
un-delete the files you select depending on the condition.
